Greetings. I bought Nhl26 on xbox series X recently and started be a pro mode. The game seems very fragile and doesnt handle the xbox’s quick resume feature. If i don’t specifically close the game after playing the next time i open it to play a match in be a pro i cant get past the pick teams screen, the whole game freezes (cant go back or switch sides) and I have to close it. However, when this problem starts it doesnt matter how many times i close the game or restart my xbox , i’m still not able to start playing.Then I tried playing one "quick play game" from the starting menu and was able to start my be a pro game the next time, but the same problem occurred within 2 days.
This sadly makes be a pro unplayable and i bought this game to relive my be a pro experience in nhl 14 and therefore makes my gaming experience unplayable.
Is there anyone in EA support that could adress this?
