I unfortunately do not have video, but I can assure you 9/10 if I am set up in the passing lane to try and intercept a cross-crease of a high slot shot in a 2-on-1, which is the proper defensive play in hockey, you take away the pass and attempt to force a bad shot or no shot at all, but instead of getting the puck or even making contact with it to force it out of lane it goes right and my player stand there dazed and confused while the other team rifles on top shelf; this is not bad defence, it is how you properly play the game of hockey, I have a high defensive awareness rating on my build, there is no reason I should be struggling to stop a puck along the ice, I can understand if the occasional, or even, if all the saucer passes get through, but they aren't saucer passes, they are meatballs floating across the ice that any defence man should be able to stop. Like I said, as defence, you are simply helpless because the game is purely about goals, so people can feel like they are good at the game, and the EA money grab can continue.
