There is an inherent problem with pokes and sticklifts- they're underpowered, yes. But if someone is running no contest, and your player has less than decent stick-checking...the opponent will maintain the puck every time. Frustrating? Absolutely because making contact with the puck should knock it away/disrupt the carrier. Unrealistic? a little, but hockey IRL it can be easy to fight through stick lift to regain control.

My personal issue with this is that it's automatically triggered, and shouldn't be. You can see this by how quickly it happens, usually FAR too quick to be a reflex. That being said, it's easy enough to avoid. If they reduced the power of them I'd be ok with that

I've got to give you this one...too many literal last second goals. Way too many.
My personal biggest complaint is getting up, even when not winded still takes WAY too long. If you're injured it takes almost 1.5 in game minutes. They need to decrease that time by at least 50%
