FACEOFF FRANCHISE NO CENTER TAKING DRAW

In my second year in franchise and it was pure panic when in the playoffs my center on my 3rd PK line decided to stand next to a defensive player and not take the draw. 

I didn't even know this was a bug I thought my center had lost his **bleep** mind . The game was tied and my 1st and 2nd PK lines were tired still. The faceoff didn't lead to a goal thankfully but it did lead to a quick one timer that rang off the cross bar. 

Every since then the problem happens on 90 percent of PK draws. Did not see this in first year of franchise or during the regular season or 1st round of playoffs in second year. I play every playoff game and about 10 to 15 regular season games.

There was one change I made from round 1 to round 2 .

I changed my PK strategy formation from a 1-1-2 defensive to Large Box aggressive on all my PK lines. When I went to go change back to original ( in franchise you as far as I can tell can only change this in-game as by default it will use your coach's Strategy) however the game has a problem with letting change it back. Id push over to change it but it wouldn't change. Sometimes it wouldn't even let me go down to faceoff formation all together. Seems from game to game whatever changes I made would carry over to next regardless of coach scheme. I'm going to try and reset everything to original Coach strategy. (Todd Mclellan,Det) See what happens idk. 

This is definitely a horrible bug. Only solution I can think of is to turn penalties off and that's really a bad trade off considering how central penalties are to the game of hockey. 

Quick rundown of some notable things

Every center is a natural center. Playing on superstar difficulty with A.I ,CPU strat and CPU difficulty all at 6. Faceoff setting 53/100. Penalties in game setting 3 of 4. Attribute effects 5/10. 5 minute periods. Various other sliders adjusted to many to list. Game speed 3/6. Also every other player on PK is in there natural position
