Game issues in the last minute of a period

I’ve had this game for about a week on my Xbox. Every time it’s in the last minute of a period, whether online or offline, my game becomes very laggy and it’s about unplayable, the picture is jumping...

Hi there. I've seen some reports of this over the last week I was away. Can you get me a video showing what's happening? Does it go away when you restart?

I can try to get a video, however restarting it only helps for the first period of the next game, then it goes straight back to what it was.

    Here is a video. You can see the stutters start when they announcer calls one minute left on the period. This happens every single period and it's super frustrating if you try to tie the game for example. Also its not just stutter you get increased input latency when it happens.
    This is not a hardware issue. I've tested 4 different xbox series s and x consoles as of now and 2 of them were brand new. I've also seen people complain about the exact issue in reddit and twitch stream.
