Game issues in the last minute of a period

Here is a video. You can see the stutters start when they announcer calls one minute left on the period. This happens every single period and it's super frustrating if you try to tie the game for example. Also its not just stutter you get increased input latency when it happens.
This is not a hardware issue. I've tested 4 different xbox series s and x consoles as of now and 2 of them were brand new. I've also seen people complain about the exact issue in reddit and twitch stream.

Is it only happening in Ranked HUT games? You said it's also happening in offline modes. Do you mean WC and CC? I play on 2 different Series X consoles and have not been experiencing this. That doesn't mean there's no issue. Just saying, like the crashing some Xbox players are having, this might be harder to track down since we're not getting that many reports of it when compared to the overall playerbase.
Also, the OP says the picture is jumping around, it becomes very laggy and unplayable. Your video doesn't exactly look that way. It does look like there's a slight slow down though.This happens in all HUT modes. I have not tried outside HUT as im mainly playing on PS5 now as it has less issues.
When it comes to the video there is some kind of smoothing done on xbox when it processes the recording. It's bit more choppy on the actual gameplay. It's something we can't really change.
Check out the other post about this, you’re absolutely on the right track and I agree with you on everything. It’s pretty funny how the Xbox clipping makes the video look smoother, even though the actual in-game experience and feel is pretty awful.
Hey, come on, it really looks like EA is aware of the issue but doesn’t want to do anything about it. The problem is very obvious and there are plenty of reports about it. On the Xbox Series S, the stuttering isn’t limited to just the last minute but also happens during the game.
Since the issue only appears for many players after several consecutive games and possibly during the last minute, it’s pretty clear that casual players won’t be reporting it as much. Anyone who plays more seriously and cares about smooth gameplay (gaming monitor, good broadband) knows how the game should run.
