I agree 100%.

Every f*** night in CHEL(6vs6) players drop one by one, getting error codes or game just freezes. One night we started playing at 9pm, but our first match started at 9.45. So 45 minutes we were trying to get in the game. This game drives me crazy.

And these "updates"... jesus EA WAKE UP. It's absolutely incomprehensible that EA you weren't even able to fix something as simple than PENALTIES (late hitting). Most of the updates are something graphical updates, stupid hats, suits, logos, shirts, stupid background animations or something like that which most of the players doesnt care. We want authentic working ICE HOCKEY game.

The game is broken in so many areas and this is far from an authentic hockey game. This game doesn't even look like ice hockey. This game should never have been released because its not ready. Everyone who bought this game should get refunded because this game doesnt work and EA dont come here telling me that i need to record video from these problems. That doesnt help at all because you guys dont have skills to fix this game, not even the simples things.
