Misleading promotion

EA_Aljo​ Can you comment as to how and why EA continues to produce misleading promotional media? This happened a few years ago with the new intros as well. If you can't comment on that, then will these tunnel walkouts be added in an update? Presentation things like tunnel walkouts (intros) and tunnel walks at the end of periods/games/3 stars etc. have been asked for for a very long time now.

You have a VERY good point here why only show nhl players in that video but the tunnel walkouts is only for Be a pro that is Very Misleading to say the least.it is going to upset many people who buy the game.Please mods Ea Aljo give us some information about it so we can understand better what is going on??

I feel like it's a very big issue that the series never truly progresses. NHL 14 was a really good game, and then they took out almost everything for NHL 15 on the new consoles. It feels like a lot of recent features have been just to get back to where NHL 14 was in the first place. For example, the new Be A Pro in NHL 21 (or maybe 22 not sure) just brings back those old text-based conversations from 14's Live The Life. Then you look at a game like NBA 2K and their career mode and see how much more they have to offer.

It's kind of odd that the short video only includes NHL players, everything I've seen about these tunnel intros are in the context of Be A Pro. I would love to see them in all the other game modes.

Honestly, they gotta give us back full presentation. This is something that’s already been in the game.. it really takes a lot away from the experience, it does not feel authentic at all. However, Madden and FIFA are top-notch when it comes to presentation. Why do we get nothing?

What are you hoping to achieve here? Aljo can't give you the refund. It's probably something with wherever you bought it from.

Because EA's priorities are completely backwards.  The presentation in an  NHL game is non-existent.  You get a quick "here we are at so and so arena" then face-off.  It's ridiculous full presentation was ignored again.  It's something the community has been asking for the past couple years.  It's not like they didn't have presentation in this game previously.  They'll put it back in a few years from now and call it a new feature. 

Why on earth is this intro not in franschise mode??Ea Aljo can you please give us an answer why the tunnel walkouts is only for Be a pro?is the plan to patch it in to Franschise mode to?thanks hope we get an answer on this subject.
