So I paid $120 for a game that I cannot play until the spring. 

Can you please refer me to where it was stated in the pre-order it says that the game will not be available for usage on launch?

You can see the available platforms here. You can also contact the retailer you purchased the game from to see if a refund is possible. We never made any announcements ahead of time that the game would be available on cloud gaming at launch.
