Hi everyone, I have a question about NHL 26. After changing my arena, my team identity seems to be affected. The jerseys and all the equipment turned into generic white and black ones. Is this normal after changing an arena, or is it a bug? If anyone knows how to fix this or has experienced the same issue, I'd really appreciate your help !
this just happened to us too but we didn’t even touch the arena stuff
Community ManagerHey there. Unfortunately, the jerseys will need to be recreated. We're aware of this issue, but it hasn't been addressed yet.
Even when I recreate the jerseys and save them, it reverts back. This is incredibly annoying since it's the second year in a row that WoC club identity has been bugged in some way or another to prevent customization.
Community ManagerI hear ya. It is really annoying and I'd love to see it get fixed. Absolutely sorry for the frustration. It drives the GM of my club crazy.
