Penalties still not fixed

I absolutely understand how frustrating this is. Hopefully, it'll be addressed in a future update. I have been relaying these reports to the team.

I'm really afraid that this game was here, the penaltys will be fixed in the upcoming NHL27. This has always been the case, that it takes a couple of months to fix it and then it's abandoned if the game itself just stays on and doesn't turn off...

I'll say it straight out and without any aggrandizement that this is really annoying. 

At least in NHL24 we had almost real penalties, why does everything have to be broken?

Elbowing, open ice charging, and roughing penalties turn them back on enough with catering to the total control guys 

i just wanted to let you know so you could tell your team 

First they take out full presentation and then they take out penalties, so what type of hockey game this is. Its been 2 months and penalties still not fixed. Thats crazy.

EA_Aljo​ any update on this? Done playing this game. It’s unplayable at this point. Not even fun. 

No updates yet. We'll have to wait to see what's coming in the next update.

besides the penalties, why in the world does double tapping triangle NOT work after the whistle. it did in 25 down so why not in 26? it will work while the play is going on but that results in a roughing penalty. is anyone else having this problem?

Dont the developers tell you whether they are fixing those penalties for the next update?? If there is one coming up some day. This question is asked constantly here and people complain about it everywhere.

I understand that you are in a difficult position and you are getting all the angry feedback so i dont mean to criticize you but this is seriously really ridiculous. Soon it will be three months since the game was released and such an important and essential part of a hockey game as penalties is not working at all.

Many other large game companies dont have this kind of problem. Important and essential issues are fixed without delay, as it should be.

Many people have paid 100€/100$ for this game, so these kind of huge issues should be fixed a "little" faster.

Honestly, the developers could try a little harder to wake up to this critical situation. 
If developers dont have the expertise to fix this problem then they should admit that they are unable to fix the problem. Delaying this important matter is completely the wrong way to handle it. Then EA should hire people who are more experienced and know how to fix problems.
