Players and licensing speed.

I really wish getting the contracts/licensing for AHL/NHL for players could be done sooner.

It's really frustrating waiting for most of the prospects and such being added to the game. When you want to start a franchise mode or whatever. Creating them is all well and good but takes so long to update the rosters yourself. 

I get it's probably easier said than done but surely there must be a way to speed it up after all these year. December 1st roster and still loads of prospects and AHL guys missing.
