Roster Update Schedule

Well I updated this morning expecting the update to include a roster update since the rosters had to be set for the season by 5pm ET yesterday. 

Alas, the update for the game was only for some bugs in online play. 

The rosters have not been updated since 9/25/25. 

So my question is when will the rosters get updated and what is the plan going forward to keep the rosters updated throughout the year. 

An AI assistant answer said that twice a month there should be roster updates but I can't find the source for that info.
