We Need Communication From Devs

This was happening to all of us trying to play LGHL the other day. It was more on the PSN side of their servers crashing. I’m on Xbox and we kept getting error codes or configuration issues. Noticed the configuration one has been ongoing in drop-in lobbies and the lobbies simultaneously freezes for a moment before proceeding. Any chance we can get Clappy to start being more socially active again? He can just disable comments and give us updates more often than not? Mike E. deleted his twitter so communication through there is less informative and people still have no idea these forums exist lol. 

As you can see from the patch notes, other modes received more attention than HUT. There are numerous issues the team is working on. News on an update will be coming. 

We are getting very few reports of disconnects happening. We would need to go through some connection troubleshooting.

I too would love to see more communication from our side. However, there are most certainly changes that happen from the feedback we get here.

I do not care that much about devs not communicating here. But I do care about the game very much. The patches this year has not solved many bugs and last year was much better with initial fixes. This year, minimal so far and no fixes for the most reported issues. Mostly bug fixes for HUT and we all know why. 

Just to be clear, I'm on yall's side; I was actually just recently reamed out for being (admittedly) toxic so I mean they are looking lol but I'm pretty sure with how things are now, we won't get much in the way of old school back and forth. Aljo is being as candid as he can but the red tape is real

There have been many who have provided videos regarding  discrepancies in this game. The frustration boils over, when these discrepancies are not addressed and rectified. I have read numerous comments on this forum over the past couple of years. And most circle back to problems that have been vented by the community way too many times. No one expects this game to be perfect. It never will be. But what they expect is. To be listened too, and maybe just maybe, the comments they put out would be met with recognition and an attempt for correction.

Exactly this. And unfortunately, constructive feedback is not the first thing people do when they ramble on about how bad the game is and fix this fix that without providing any structure to their posts. But yeah, of course they don't listen to these forums for this exact reason. But they don't listen anyway so I get the frustration. Never ending cycle.

i have had probs with the game crashing in the 3rd period every time im in the 3rd period it crashed in franchise mode does EA test the game before they release it?

This forum is nothing more than a complaint or accolade regarding the game. It allows players to vent. It has moderators to keep civility. And as for the developers actually seeing these messages or texts. Its highly unlikely. Like the response you get back from the moderator. I will pass it on. As for them actually paying attention, the odds are i would say 99 to 1 they don't. Either that, or. They just ignore any and all. So. This forum, will not get you the results you suggest or want. Year after year is the proof they are not listening. Same complaints and beefs. And still no resolve.

There was a time in the old forums the devs would try to communicate but people were so fed up with aspects of the game they became so bitter and angry they just couldn't be civil (not defending the devs at all, a lot of them were clapping back and made things worse); this created a perfect poop storm that gave them a good excuse to cut most, if not all, forms of communication going forward.

There is so much red tape behind their responses now I see it as literally impossible to have any sort of meaningful conversation now. The only way the community can make a point now is through their wallets (of course, the HUT whales and people who donate to streamers will see this never happens)
