World of Chel Club customization doesn’t work at all

Any time me or anyone in my club attempts to change or alter our jerseys/arena we receive a connection error that exits you to the Home Screen. This has been going on for over a month now and all the progress with collections is now essentially useless since we can’t change anything. Error code is dfefb006ab1c0954-0000000000009999-43caf82f82fb583fdfd  which is failure to retrieve data; please try again later. Like I said this has been going on for over a month now with no fix and makes the money spent on the game feel like a waste.
