World of Chel Clubs AI Goalies

We have been playing clubs for close to 8 years now, have a solid 5 man roster, we have never had a human goalie and probably never will. 

So I will ask for a few additions that i think will go a long way.

 1) Being able to change the goalie mask. It would be cool to be able to edit the club goalie mask, there all those options for a custom mask IF you play as a goalie, why not give that option for the club. A mask with a solid color that matches our club color would look a lot better than the generic white helmet. 

2) Being able to change AI goalies in the middle of the game. Even though the other option is the same crappy (potentially), being able to change them after they gave up 3 goals in the 1st period would be nice just for a "change in pace" mind set.
