Thanks for the details. Normally, a desync occurs when either someone disconnects or there's an unstable connection. Does this always happen when only playing with the same people or does it also happen when you're playing drop-ins with randoms?

I usually play with the same people. One person will cycle in or out. Everyone’s internet connection was good, no one got booted until the center ice faceoff which i’m sure flooded something server side since it was only when our team crossed the center ice line. Then everyone got kicked out of the game (at the end of the attached video in the original post)

    Thanks for getting back to me. Can you try switching up your team's customization? I'm curious if there's some weird issue with whatever logo or arena customizing you've done.
