This is a connection issue. If you have tried all of the troubleshooting steps here, including properly power cycling your modem/router and console as well as trying alternate DNS settings, please contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues that could be causing the disconnects.

I have a 1 tb mbps of internet it's not the wifi the problem when I test my internet on the console it says I drive at 400 mbps

I called my supplier and from their side he has no problems

Speed isn't the issue. Wireless connections are not as stable as being wired. That is the problem. Can you please try using a wired connection to see if that makes a difference?
