BAP active purchases BROKEN (BUG won't allow you to move forward!)

Appreciate the 12/1/ 2025 update however:

In BAP if you go overbudget on purchases that last more than 30 days, you can't exit the purchase screen and you can't deactivate. This means YOU CAN NO LONGER PLAY BAP. 

What happens is:

1. User purchases something they CAN afford and either sets to auto or manual renew
2. Based on budget provided, user runs out of funds for items purchased
3. Upon playing or simming until next renewal, user is asked to deactivate items over budget
4. If the item goes past the renewal period, the user can neither deactivate the purchase nor move past the screen
5. In effect the user can no longer use this BAP save (unless the bug is fixed)
