Be a pro keeps switching teams on me.

I started off with the Sabres, asked for a trade.. didn’t even know I was traded to the Oilers, played a few games, got “traded” to the canes no notifications or anything, saved game then I was playing for the lighting. Re started game and I was back on the oilers.. anyone else having this issue?
