Be a Pro what went wrong here?

I’ve been playing the Be A Pro for a couple hours now and I’ve noticed one glaring issue, I don’t get any shifts if hit sim game then play I can only get shifts when I hit play full game and then when I hit play full game, I have to select my gameplay experience which I can’t turn off, which then resets all my slider settings completely ruining my experience. And if I wanna go back to my settings and play with my settings, I can’t play because then the game doesn’t give me shifts. I don’t have all the time in the day to be playing five minute periods as the baseline just to get playing time
