Broken HUT Champs Matmaking

I saw it at many streams, you dont see any report, because most of players doesnt care, because they know, you dont do anything as now. Sorry but i am so sad, that EA works like this....

I'm not seeing other reports of this. I'll keep an eye out for them though. Let me know if you change your mind about troubleshooting.

Hi i dont understand your answer. Its not problem with local network. It happend to all players. Its not common, but sometimes this happens, that you find in champs lobby and it connects you to rankeds. I do Network/Server Engineer, so i would know if problem is with my network or with game. But this problem is releated with NHL not with network settings. It happens for example in 1-2 games from 40 games. But its happening. I will clarify it. If this happens and it connect you to Ranked, next time i go find in Champs, its connect me to cahmps, but sometimes it does this. 

Have your friend try power cycling their equipment with these steps:

1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
3. Power it all up and try playing again

Hi EA_Aljo​  so i have video. You can see, my friend went to Champions lobby, started search but it connect him to ranked game. 

Next time this happens, please get a video and we'll investigate it. Thanks!

 I will write it more understandable. In time when Hut Champs been active, i searched in Champs lobby but it connect me to Ranked. It was in Monday 12PM UTC. I saw that behaving earlier on some streams, that this exact happened to them as well, that they searched hut champs game but it connect them to ranked.

HUT Champions games are only active Wednesday - Sunday. They are not playable on Monday and Tuesday.

I mean, that i go to Champions tab, then i pres X to go to lobby. Then i start search game. Game is found, but it doesnt found HUT Champs game, but it connect me to Ranked. Even i start search in Champs lobby. Already saw this at some streams on twitch, but now it happened to me as well.

Hello. I don't quite understand what the issue is. HUT Champions games are supposed to e ranked. What exactly is the bug you're experiencing?
