CHEL freezes and kicks out to Xbox homescreen

Hi there. There have been some other reports of this over the years. Unfortunately, we've never been able to reproduce it. So, we can't fix it. It's pretty uncommon. How old is your Series X? Is the game installed on the internal hard drive?

Think we bought the Xbox in 2021. Yes it’s a digital version of the game.
I did clear the cache as well before reinstalling the game.
