WOC - Teammates frozen and then booted

While playing WOC, an opponent quit and it sent me to the purple “syncing” screen. When the game resumed, both of my teammates were stuck in a black scree while the game resumed for me and the two opponents. My teammates were ultimately kicked for inactivity, and I lost over 600 points due to EAs glitch. 

I’ve never seen this before and would appreciate an update on why it happened and when my points will be restored.

  • That need ea fix soon is possible. 

    It's so unfair when the opponent leaves the game, it freezes, and I'm the one who suffers for it.

    Thanks for the response. Is there any reciprocation you’re able to provide? Based on the points lost, that’s literally 3-4 hours of grinding out wins that is lost due to an error on your side. Please let me know. Thanks

    I understand that, and my last question was asking what you can offer as reciprocity for the lost time playing your game due to a technical error on your side. Any help or direction is much appreciated.

    Wow....... there's a phrase for this level of customer service......lemme guess accruatly describing the help you receive from ea support is disruptive. Or you could fix the broken RP system online. This happens and you're penalized with losing a large sum of points that will take you 10 games to earn back if you're lucky enough to not need 15 games or it happens again cheating you out of more points you've earned. Which is truthfully describing this issue, cheating players out of time and RP. If the team truly cared there would be a way to report entire games for review and RP reparations.  Let's be clear all the issues with game, which the are a lot, can be fixed but the first step is acknowledging the game is in the worse state it's ever been in. Why is the online population so low? Do you think it has something to do with the quality of the game? How many less copies will NHL 27 need to sell before there's actual change instead of lip service?

    Another great reason for game reporting

    Played two games, first one is a win that doesn't count and the second one is a loss I get EA'd by my CPU goalie potting an own goal counting for an almost 700 RP robbery. Nevermind out playing the other team (out shot 33 - 2) who gets a CPU goalie that refuses to allow a goal, you gift wrap them a victory with a beer league goalie handicap. How did this game ever clear quality control?
