CHEL freezes and kicks out to Xbox homescreen

Playing CHEL and the game will freeze and kick me out to the Xbox (Series X)  Home Screen. This only happens with ea games. Same thing happens with Madden and College Football (though that’s been bet...

Think we bought the Xbox in 2021. Yes it’s a digital version of the game. 
I did clear the cache as well before reinstalling the game.
