Chel x-factors
Do you have issue where in the 6v6(club games.)They show both teams noticeable players. And the x-factor shown there arent right ones. Or in the same game mode, when they randomly shown your player in the left bottom corner, it shows that you have 4 x-factor abilities. I will try and take a screen shot of this issue later.
That looks like a Grudge Match. There is a player on each team that gets a bonus XF just for that game.
