Connection and in game friends list

For the last 3 days I keep getting random disconnects. I don't loose connection to PSN or PSN chat. Cleared system cache thinking that could be it. Also I can't use the touch pad to bring up my frie...

Hello. We'll go through some connection troubleshooting. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, have you tried the suggestions here?

Wired running 30ft cable directly connected to the router. to the PlayStation 650 avg mbps DL and a 200 avg upload. Like I said in the first part ran through all the trouble shooting. Then went back in a game and it happened again. I have played 5 games since and didn't have a issue. My friends and I are having this issue intermittently. There are also times while we are all connected and staying connected in voice chat that one of us drops off. Even getting the PSN error. and we all submit it. We just want to play with out issues. I get that it tech and errors happen. Consistently EA connection is sorry 99% of the usual issue. Just want to know if this is a known issue and its being worked on? TRUST me I know you can't confirm or deny it cause well that admits fault. Posted this yes to get a response but also wanted to see if others are having this problem. Thank you for responding and looking for a great solution.

We always will admit when there's an issue on our end. At the moment, we're not aware of any. Have you contacted your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?

  I am running fiber 5gig into the house. If I was seeing and having connection issues with my other devices I would for sure contact them first. No other devices are having a issue with connecting at the time before, during and after connection loss. I have checked all my runs to and from the main connection on the outside and the run to the router. Then all the extra's running from it. Nothing is nicked.
  If it's just a freak of tech I get it. Just wanting to make sure that if this is a small issue effecting a few it's at least addressed.
  The other thing. When in CHEL I don't have the icon on the bottom right to hit the touch pad to bring up the friends list. I have checked my settings and can't seem to find out why I don't have that there. Any suggestions on this part please as well thank you.

    Does hitting the touchpad work? I'm curious if it's just not being displayed for some reason.
