Connection and in game friends list

For the last 3 days I keep getting random disconnects. I don't loose connection to PSN or PSN chat. Cleared system cache thinking that could be it. Also I can't use the touch pad to bring up my frie...

I am running fiber 5gig into the house. If I was seeing and having connection issues with my other devices I would for sure contact them first. No other devices are having a issue with connecting at the time before, during and after connection loss. I have checked all my runs to and from the main connection on the outside and the run to the router. Then all the extra's running from it. Nothing is nicked.

If it's just a freak of tech I get it. Just wanting to make sure that if this is a small issue effecting a few it's at least addressed.

The other thing. When in CHEL I don't have the icon on the bottom right to hit the touch pad to bring up the friends list. I have checked my settings and can't seem to find out why I don't have that there. Any suggestions on this part please as well thank you.

Does hitting the touchpad work? I'm curious if it's just not being displayed for some reason.

No it doesn't. I can confirm for BF6 I can't use R2 to pull up the friends list either. So just thinking this might be a account issue as well. Not sure just a thought. Might need a refresh on the back end and I'm sure your unable to so honestly who should I contact for that. Again Thank you for staying with this.
