I have had a problem with NHL 25 crashing all the time. I just decided to buy the new NHL26 and now I play my first game and am having the same issues happen. I don't know what it is no one else I play with has these problems. So is this a EA issue or how can i resolve this.
Community ManagerHello. Are you on an Xbox console? We're aware of the crashing. It's happening to a very small part of the playerbase. Unfortunately, we have not been able to reproduce this so we're not able to fix it.
Yes I am on xbox I have tried multiple things to fix this problem and nothing is working it won't even let me play a full game. This has happened since the NHL 25
Community ManagerThanks for the response. Hopefully, we'll get this reproduced so we can find out what's causing the crash. So far, that just hasn't happened so we can't get it fixed.
It has happened though its happening to other people that play the game and it has been a major problem with the last years NHL too. I'm tired of spending money on these games for them to not work it's just a waste of money
Community ManagerDo you play Madden or FC? I have heard of similar crashes with those games where their Series S/X crashed to the home screen.
Doesn't happen to me on any other game other than NHL that's why it is very frustrating. It doesn't even allow me to play a single game
ive been trying to play all night on EASHL and can't even make it passed 8 minutes in the second period
Community ManagerI'll post an update if I have any news or potential workarounds. I know the crashing is frustrating. I'd be feeling the same if I couldn't play. I'm very sorry for your experience.
I just don't understand how this can happen for a second year in a row and theres no fix or any idea what is causing the game to do this
Community ManagerDue to it's rarity and not being able to reproduce it, we can't find out what's causing this to happen.
