CUP CHASE COLLECTIBLES NOT RECIEVED

 Completed 2 different Cup Chase runs and won championship on both and didn't recieve a single Cup Chase collectible after either run. Submitted a case to EA, followed all advise to clear cache, rebuild database, etc..still no collectibles awarded to my account. Was told my case would be forwarded to the "Relevant team" and was told to also post this issue in this forums page where "staff would post updates"..............some things never change.
