Cup chase loss even though I won

Question

I just played a game is Cup Chase and definitely finished it and won. I go to end of game menu and didn't receive points and got the loss now 8 and 1. I spent hours playing 9 games and wanted to stay undefeated. This is the second time it has happened. Please compensate.&nbsp;
