I am having an issue customizing our teams uniforms/arena/goal horn etc. pretty much everything we try it ends up giving us an error code.

Hello. I've reported this issue so it's being investigated. However, it's also happened in the past. Hopefully, it'll be addressed with 26.

Same issue I’ve had for ages now, it’s annoying when you’ve grinded away to get club looking nice
