Every Game Crashes

Hello. I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. I know I'd be pulling my hair out if I was crashing so often. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, we haven't been able to reproduce this. If we can't do that, we can't fix it. Currently, we're not aware of thousands of players experiencing this. We have not had near that many reports of it. Of course, not everyone is going to report it to us, but if it were thousands, we'd most likely be hearing about it more. Which is part of why this is so difficult to fix. If it were more common, we'd have a much higher chance of reproducing and fixing it.
