Everything is gone

i logged into hut after an update and my entire collection is gone. Is there a way to get my stuff back or any compensation?

Hi there. An entire team doesn't normally disappear. Are you sure you're logging in to the right Xbox/PS account? If so, please open a case with an advisor so they can look into this. That can be done by using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. Thanks!
