Franchise mode freeze screen issues.

Buying expensive broken products and when you complain you are treated like a problem??? I am not happy with this at all

Hi there. When exactly are you freezing? If you have any details to add, please do so I can get those over to the team to help with their investigation.

Hi, it’s in the first season, around November, sometimes it’s just before/after the trade deadline. The screen just freeze. Principal menu, the schedule, lines change, it's always end up freezing after a few months within the 1st season. Thx 

Thanks. I know there is a crash that will occur if you sim to the trade deadline and then try to view your lines. Is this what is happening?

Yes and no. The crash happen even before the trade deadline. The screen freeze and there is nothing I can do. Really annoying 

crashes ten games into the season sometimes... and we can’t do anything more than delete last saved files and lose everything

EA_Bia​ maybe someone can help me please? The game crash in franchise mode all the time, nothing to do with the lines change bug. Just the screen in the Franchise menu that freeze after a couple months into my first season. I try everything from download the game again, erease the files, etc .. pleaee help!

It's the same problem we're talking about, you can sim past the freeze with a little luck, if you sim from preseason to playoffs and are lucky enough not to have to move anyone up or down from the AHL close to deadline, but how fun is that? 😒

And save the game all the time… I made it to season 28/29 then everything froze, deleted the last saved file and of course it was the only file I had GAME OVER!!!

I've been waiting for three weeks…..  I don't think HUT players should have had to wait this long for a problem to be fixed.
