Community ManagerNo. It won't delete anything HUT related. That is all saved on our servers.
Something else you can do to test this is try a different account. That would help narrow this down to being account related. Do you have another gamertag you can try?
That's good. I have tried my other account, but no luck. I've cleared up additional hard drive space as well. After clearing the personal data and doing another hard reset, I was able to get to the main menu for a brief minute. But when I clicked on a game mode it crashed out again. Since then I haven't been able to load the main menu.
