HUT keeps ”deleting” my rewards

Just got 750 hits done in cup chade collected the 12 collectiables and they dissappeared no way of getting them back now…Earlier this week I lost 8k xp when I competed 10 games, same thing went to collect and nothing happened how I know that I was roughly 1k points away from next lvl on xp path but nothing happened.

Its starting to get really on my nerves…
