Will it work if you play until the next stoppage? A message should come up asking if you want to exit and save the progress.
nope. Even in ranked, if I win, i dont get credit for a win towards promotion, and none of the stats count either for objectives like score goals

Can you get me another video showing the message that comes up where it offers to exit when the objectives are completed or finish the match and then the objectives are still showing as not completed? Your first video looks like you're exiting too soon since normally, I believe you need to wait for a stoppage for that option to come up.

Here's a new video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ljmkmyw2gs immediately after completing the moment objectives, it failed and exited for me.
It seems like my account is corrupted somehow. I can play games but nothing tracks, i can't demote or promote in ranked, i can't do objectives that requires in-game stats and i can't get xp

Just to be clear, you're not pausing there? It's automatically going into that screen?
Let's try clearing the personal saved data for NHL 26. Please follow these steps:
- Hit the Guide button on your controller
- Highlight the NHL 26 icon
- Press the Menu button. It's the small one with 3 horizontal lines on it next to the Guide button
- Choose Manage game & add ons
- Go to Saved data
- Delete the file with your gamertag on it
Restart NHL 26. Also, remove it from Quick Resume to make sure it's fully restarted. Try playing again and let me know if you still have the same problem or not. Thanks!
