Full power down of modem and router seems to have finally fixed it. Loads up at normal speeds now.

I'm tired of this. I don't work for EA I want a refund on this game. I can't stand the constant screen tearing, the loading times, feels like I'm playing a full second behind even the ai nevermind online. I know your aware of the screen tearing on xbox. You do nothing about it. This has already ruined my experience on this game.
Community ManagerI'm very sorry for the frustration with this. So far, I'm not seeing other reports so that makes this more difficult to get resolved. Which Xbox console are you on? Is the game installed on the internal hard drive or do you use an expansion card? Is it possible to get a video? If so, please put it somewhere it can be streamed and respond with a link. Thanks!
