Faceoff Collectibles not appearing in collection

Hello,  I am having an issue with where not all of my faceoff collectibles are showing up in my collection.  Yesterday I opened the daily pack in the store which gave me 5 of the faceoff collectibles and the final pack from the wild card rewards path which also gave me 5.  I already had 20 in my collection from previous daily packs but only 25 are showing in my collection.

I tried reaching out via chat last night but they told me it was a glitch and wait until tomorrow.  The collectibles are still not appearing for me and I was saving them for the 85 overall faceoff BND player set which expires later today.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  I’ve tried restarting my console and game already.  Also tried to reconnect via chat today but it keeps telling me the advisors can’t help with this issue.
