Invalid Game Session

Had drop in join our club match and one got dropped for inactivity halfway through. We finished the game and got back to the club dressing room and that same player who was booted was sitting in room still labelled in game. Club members all backed out and now we are locked out of 6v6 clubs. They are on a different platform so sending messages is not an option. Nothing has fixed this because it is a total random player.
