Issues with game
Whenever I try to play a game it is bringing up 2 controllers even though I only have one. And I can not use my name for any online use.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the late response!
It's possible another device is being seen as a controller. In most cases, that's a headset. So, just turn off that device until you start loading into the match and you should be good. Just let me know if you still have some trouble with this.
