Lost Connection

This is still happening.  Got a new cable did all the troubleshooting.  Disconnected from EA in the 3rd period or at the start of OT in 95% of the games I play.  Have lost like 5k RP lol.

Have you tried all of the troubleshooting steps here? If so, it would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. We're not aware of anything on our end that would be causing disconnects.

Ya I did all those things.  I reset my ps5 even and reinstalled only NHL 26.  Still lags out in the last 3 minutes of most games.  ISP hasn't shown any issues.

I have same problem on xbox. Looks like the more there is objectives to track the faster i lost connection or crashing. No problems on other games on my console so it's just the game nhl26 that has this issue. 

Hello. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? Also, if you're on a wireless connection, try switching to using a wire.

If you've power cycled your network equipment and console after switching to a wire and are still disconnecting, contact your ISP so they can look into this. Thanks!

Happens to me all the time. I am hard wired with 600-900 mbps with no connection issues and still get bounced from games . Seems to be an ea server issue. 

There wouldn't be complaints on forums if people weren't having issues
