    Hello. Can you find him by going to My Collection and hitting Y/Triangle to search? If not, open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this. That can be done by hitting the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of this page.

    the same thing happened to me 5 minutes ago, I made Roenick. And now he's gone even though I sent him to my collection
