I won Cup Chase on Superstar mode and went undefeated. It showed three packs on the screen I was supposed to receive, however they never appeared in the store. EA support said to post here and hopefully someone from game team can help.

Just had the same issue. Won cup chase showed me the 3 packs then nothing. Tried exiting Hut and reloading and still nothing.
I had the same problem. Customer help said they cant do anything else except report to game dev team.
Community ManagerSo far, we have not been able to verify any claims of missing Cup Chase rewards. The packs were still received. I'm going to need video showing the rewards were not received. If you have that, send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID and the video so we can investigate this.
i cant get a video for something that happened over 24hours just pls fix the game.
