Offline Threes Subs - Subs not Working

Hi EA. There is a lasting bug that I know of since Chel 24. 

When playing offline 1v1 Threes against someone beside you on the same console and you try to sub out a player, there is a higher than 50% chance that the player does not switch out. 

Between periods, when hovering an active player, Pressing Square/X to quick Sub with one of the two players on the bench, there is a very high change that the requested switch does not occur, the original player will stay on the ice. There is slightly more success if pressing X/A to scroll to the player you want to sub. 

Sometimes the intro/animation of the player coming in will happen, but its not actually them and the original player is still on the ice. When the period ends and you're back into the selection page, the subbed player will be showing as in the game, but they are not. Its essentially impossible to change any player after that as everyone is (a majority of the time) soft locked into playing no matter how many times you sub him out by either doing the Square/X method or the X/A method.

This is extremely frustrating to play with. Subbing your players during intermissions basically DOES NOT work (a lot of the time, not every time).
