Purchased BOGO packs but only received single pack

I just purchased the BOGO pack in HUT but was only given a single pack,  purchased it again and again just received a single pack. Checked unopened packs an inbox and both showed 0.

    Hi there. Make sure you exit out of HUT and load back into it. If they still haven't shown up, open a case with an advisor so they can investigate this. You can use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page.

    I appreciate the help, unfortunately exiting HUT and going back in didn't help.  I submitted the case earlier today, hoping for any correspondence soon.  Thank you!
