Unopened Pack causing game crash.

Hello, I made a CHEL Week Defence Collector's pack in the last CHEL Week event. It is in my unopened packs Inbox. Every time I try and open it, the game crashes with an error code.

I have had several chats with EA Help with no fix. I have cleared the PS5 cache. Is there anyone who can send the card to my inbox or simply remove the pack from my Inbox?
