Xbox franchise in game bug

Hi there. As a test, can you create a new franchise and let me know if it still crashes? If not, most likely your main franchise has a corrupted save. You can try deleting the personal saved data in that case. However, there is the chance your changes to settings as well as offline saves could be deleted. Normally those will download from the cloud though.

1. Hit the guide button on your controller
2. Highlight the NHL 26 icon
3. Hit the menu button. It's the small one next to the guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it
4. Choose Manage game & add ons
5. Go to Saved data
6. Delete the file with your gamertag on it
