Random disconnection from server losses because your servers can't handle running the game. This is happening to countless other people amid the input delay everyone faces because your servers cannot run the game properly. FIX THIS.

@EA_Aljo very true, but doesn't the 68% saying yes warrant some form of investigation into it?

@johum2886 If it were 68% of the total player base, that would warrant an investigation. Until a widespread issue is discovered, we'll need to troubleshoot connection issues on an individual basis.

We're not currently aware of any connection issues causing massive amounts of players to experience input delay and disconnects. If you want to go through some troubleshooting, let me know.

@Chaseinator5 I'd like to say it's happen to me and a buddy on multiple occasions. It's b.s when invest a ton of time into a game your winning by 4 30 seconds to go and u get a random loss of connection. I honestly think some guys cheat but idk how that be.

Hey,
I recently encountered pretty much exactly the same situation.
Check your router settings, if you have a setting called "SIP ALG" turned on, turn it off.
For me this fixed everything.

I keep getting disconnected from Ultimate Team.
I have a cable connection with 750mb of Internet package.
This caused me numerous losses and every other game I get disconnected. I have plugged and unplugged the router, changed cables and I reinstalled the game twice already.
Any support?

EA, when i first started playing PvZ Battle for Neighborville like two weeks ago, I had no issues. Neither did my fiance who plays the game with me online on a screen right next to mine so we can see when we get kicked from games. For the last few days, whenever we are playing, we will both be disconnected from the same game over and over. We cant even play a full round!
our internet is perfectly fine and consistent. We dont have this problem with any other non EA games, so there definitely is a problem. Y’all should take it seriously and look into it.
